2026 National PFAS Conference
The 5th National PFAS Conference was held in Tucson, AZ, from June 8 to 10, 2026. Hosted by the University of Arizona, this fifth biennial conference brought together diverse voices from across the country to exchange knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and support communities impacted by PFAS contamination. Set against Tucson's rich environmental justice history, the conference highlighted the importance of collaboration among researchers, policymakers, public health professionals, Tribal Nations, attorneys, and community advocates working to protect human health and the environment.

Over three days, attendees heard from leading experts representing academia, government, healthcare, environmental organizations, and affected communities. Sessions explored the latest developments in PFAS science, exposure and health effects, environmental remediation, regulatory and legal actions, children's health, emerging contaminants, and community-led solutions, creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration and accelerating progress toward protecting communities nationwide.
